Anne Hathaway Responds to Catwoman Critics

It certainly grabbed the attention of thousands, and Anne Hathaway recently opened up about the first photo of her as Selina Kyle in “The Dark Knight Rises.”

After hearing that some of the reactions to the photos were on the negative end of the spectrum, the “Devil Wears Prada” actress opened up to MTV about it.
She revealed, "What I am happy to say is, if you didn't like the photo, you only see about a 10th of what that suit can do," she promised. "And if you did like the photo, you have excellent taste."

The action/crime flick, which also stars Christian Bale and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, hits theaters on July 20, 2012.

Crazy Stupid Love and Cowboys & Aliens Hit Theaters


The box office has been hoppin’ all summer long, and this weekend brings three new, highly-anticipated films.
The first flick is a comedy called, “Crazy, Stupid, Love” and features Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Julianne Moore, Emma Stone and Marisa Tomei, and revolves around a father whose life unravels while dealing with a marital crisis.
Secondly, “The Smurfs” are back in action with a big screen family film starring big names such as Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, Sofia Vergara and Katy Perry.
Lastly, Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig star as cowboys in the action/sci-fi/thriller called “Cowboys & Aliens.”

Thrilling New Trailer-"Margin Call's"


With an all-star cast making for what looks to be quite the talented project, "Margin Call" has offered up its exaggerated trailer to get moviegoers ready for its release later this year.
The thriller is directed by J.C. Chandor while featuring top name actors and actresses including Demi Moore, Kevin Spacey and Zachary Quinto.
As for the storyline, the movie "revolves around the key people at an investment bank over a 24-hour period during the early stages of the economic crisis."
Also starring Penn Badgley, Simon Baker, Stanley Tucci and Mary McDonnell, "Margin Call" is set to hit theaters on October 21, 2011

“Immortals” Stars Do Comic-Con 2011


Showing up to plug their forthcoming flick, the stars of “Immortals” were spotted at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con today.
Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, and Kellan Lutz all came out to the San Diego Convention Center for the question-and-answer panel, giving fans and press quite the thrill.
To kick things off, as the wonderful cast took the stage. Director Tarsem Singh as a joke said that "we don't have enough good-looking public up here."
During the conversations, Miss Pinto confessed that her preferred part of making the warrior flick was "watching the men," as she pointed out that "Immortals" is one of the few films where the guys are more scantily clad than the ladies.
Meanwhile, Mr Lutz dished that "The Little Mermaid" is his favorite film, as he explained that his love of the classic tale helped prep his for his role as Poseidon, the "king of the wetness."
As for the plotline, “Immortals” is a 3D epic tale following King Hyperion and Heraklion as they rampage across Greece in search of the long lost Bow of Epirus, which will make them bright to overthrow the Gods of Olympus.
The much-anticipated film is planned to hit theaters nationwide on November 11, 2011.

Ashley Tisdale: "Phineas and Ferb" Goes to Comic-Con


Joining in on the San Diego-based happenings, Ashley Tisdale was on-hand for Comic-Con 2011 in San Diego, California on Friday night.
The previous "High School Musical" star was joined by Vincent Martella and Dee Bradley Baker at the San Diego Convention Center, as the trio promoted their fashionable show "Phineas and Ferb" during a panel discussion.
Tweeting her anticipation prior to taking the stage at Comic-Con for the very first time, Miss Tisdale wrote, "Yay!!!! Phineas and ferb is trending!! Woo woo. So eager for Comic Con today."
Happy with the outcome, the 26-year-old actress later tweeted, "Comic con was Awesome! Loved seeing all the passionate fans. Such a great first experience #nolongeracomicconvirgin"
On a side note, the trip to sunny San Diego comes just a day after "Phineas and Ferb" released a brand latest clip (watch it above) from "Across the 2nd Dimension" featuring Guns N' Roses guitar hero Slash joining the cartoon characters for a song called "Kick It Up A Notch".
The tune will be seen when the TV movie premieres at 8PM on the Disney Channel on Friday, August 5th.

Justin Timberlake & Amanda Seyfried: “In Time” at Comic-Con


Showing up for a media appearance, Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried were spotted at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con yesterday.
The “Like I Love You” singer and the “Big Love” babe arrived at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel to give a press conference for their latest movie “In Time.”
“In Time” is set in the future where public are genetically programmed to live to the age of 25 but can live longer if they buy or steal time credits.
Also starring Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer, and Cillian Murphy, “In Time” is set to hit theaters on October 28th, 2011.

“Breaking Dawn” Wakes Up Comic-Con

Kicking things off early, the stars of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” were on hand at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con this morning (July 21).

Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene, Julia Jones, Elizabeth Reaser, and Boo Boo Stewart were all spotted signing autographs at the Fan Wake-Up Call event outside the San Diego Convention Center.
From there it was all about Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, who all showed up for a very special Q&A session.


Of course there was plenty of talk about the approaching film “Breaking Dawn Part I,” set to hit theaters on November 18th.

GLEE: THE 3D CONCERT MOVIE -TRAILER

It’s no secret that fans of “Glee” are some of the most dedicated and loyal in the world, and “Gleeks” everywhere are about to get a wonderful treat.

The teaser trailer for “Glee: The 3D Concert Movie” has just been released, and it looks like it’ll be the movie event of the month of August.
“Glee: The 3D Concert Movie” will only be in theaters for a limited two week run, and features live performance footage as well as plenty of behind-the-scenes action.


All the usual suspects will make appearances, such as Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Dianna Agron, Mark Salling, and Darren Driss.

Emma Watson's “Harry Potter” Promotions in London

Taking care of some publicity duties, Emma Watson was spotted at a photo call for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II” in London, England today (July 6).

The short-haired hottie was joined by costars Rupert Grint and Tom Felton as she posed for the press outside the Renaissance St. Pancras Hotel ahead of tomorrow’s UK premiere.
Emma is featured in a new pictorial in UK’s Harper’s Bazaar, and she told press that doing the photo shoot was a bit of a departure for her.


"[To] let myself be powerful, sexy, all those things, it’s scary for me. I felt a bit uncomfortable and awkward, it didn’t come naturally at all.”
